The Washtenaw County Historical Society has over 5,000 artifacts in its collection. A detailed description of our collections is found here. The listing includes material both at the Museum on Main Street (or in off-site storage) as well as the Bentley Historical Library at the University of Michigan. An on-line finding aid for the Washtenaw County Historical Society records housed at the Bentley Historical Library can be found here.

All questions about our collection should be directed to our curator, Judy Chrisman by e-mail judychr@aol.com or calling the Museum on Main Street 734-662-9092. Requests to view artifiacts must be made in advance as the collections are not on public display.
